• For larger orders, try to take photos in a consistent vertical or horizontal format.
• Do not cut or crop photos.
• 35mm glossy prints are also accepted.

A Bio Template needs to be supplied for each unique card being produced. For orders of 1-5 Unique Cards, please fill out the bio(s) online form.

With orders of 6+ Unique Cards please type your bios in the Word Bio Template below and send electronically with your order. Download Bio Template

If you cannot send your bio(s) electronically, you can download a printable form, or call 1.800.999.2464 and we’d be happy to email you a copy.

Please note: There will be an additional $10.00 typesetting fee for each handwritten bio submitted with order.
